What You’ll Be Up To:
- Greeting customers warmly in person and on the phone — you’re the friendly face and voice everyone remembers! 😊
- Managing appointment scheduling and keeping office communications flowing smoothly 📅💬
- Handling inquiries and maintaining accurate customer records 📋
- Chatting with prospective and existing clients to identify insurance opportunities (don’t worry, we’ll help you get comfortable with this!) 💡
- Providing top-notch customer service and following up on their needs 👍
- Supporting the team with admin tasks and cool projects that keep the office running like clockwork ⏰
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as a receptionist or in customer service (if you’ve got it, great — if not, show us your eagerness to learn!)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you’re great at connecting with people 🤝
- Organizational ninja skills and the ability to multitask like a pro 🗂️
- Comfortable engaging in sales conversations — think of it as helping people find the right fit!
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems 💻
